A door of Opportunity has opened…
So…I started this site as an introduction for my Cooking Class. The more I talk to people about it, the more they say…
“Hey, you should do a video on your cooking and put it on YouTube”.
“Hey, you should have your own cooking show”.
I have thought of this before and I have been doing some videos and a pilot on cooking with a puppet targeting kids and making simple, good, healthy food and snacks.
So…I have been doing that, but then, an OPPORTUNITY by the name of OPRAH WINFREY came along.

Yep, I’ve been preparing and now I have opportunity. Here I go…
